The Elite Disc is available in two sizes:

Regular — 40ml capacity

Sterilise your disc before its first use and between cycles. During your period, rinse and wash it using clean water and a mild, fragrance-free cleanser - or BaoBabe’s Baewash.

Always allow your disc to dry completely before storing it in its breathable pouch.
