So impressed

So impressed.
The most comfortable cup I have used in years.
Applicator wasn't even necessary.

The wash is great too and super gentle.

Comfortable but difficulty

It is really comfortable, you don't even feel it, at all, BUT I just cannot seem to figure it out I find myself constantly going to check, feeling like its all about to come gushing out. Yes my pad isn't being messed however when I wipe it is not clean and every time I have a wee it spills (which is apparently normal, but it's still stressful has it gone back, do I need to reinsert but I'm in a public space and and and)

Also taking it out is messier than the cup but that comes with the territory. Might bother others but I'm fine with it more to manage but it's fine.

Finding the cervix ? Harder than I thought like digging for treasure... I don't get it maybe I'm dumb 🤣

If I can figure it out I would 100% prefer this over the cup.

I have tried positioning this cup according to any information I can find on your website/Instagram page. Unfortunately I still bleed into my underwear whilst the disk is in.

The product is fine, just not packaging

The product itself is fine however, the bottle has been leaking nonstop since I got it back in January. And the bottle was covered in dirt when it arrived, the labels were also partly torn off. But like I said, the actual product inside the bottle is good. I like that doesn't smell like anything either.

Hi there Nikita,

Thank you so much for your feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time to share this with us.

We are so sorry to hear about the leaking bottle and the condition it arrived in. Unfortunately, couriers can sometimes be quite rough with parcels during transit, which is beyond our control. That said, it’s still not the experience we want you to have.
We have since changed and improved our packaging to better protect the bottles in transit, specifically to prevent issues like leaking and damaged labels.

I’m really glad to hear that the product itself is working well for you and that you’re enjoying the fragrance-free formula — that means a lot.

Please pop us a message and we’ll gladly send you a discount code to use on your next wash as a small thank you for your understanding and support.

Awesome product

Perfect for washing my cup between uses and a nice small bottle to carry around if necessary.
Puts my mind at ease knowing I am using a wash that is safe for my cup and my body.
