factors apply to different users. However, the rule of thumb goes:

Small Cup

Under 18 Years Old or,

Low cervix or,

Light to medium flow.

Regular Cup

Over 18 Years Old or,

Regular to high cervix or,

Medium to heavy flow.

Plus Cup:

Over 18 Years Old or,

High cervix or,

Very heavy flow or,

Given birth naturally.

14 Days to Arrive

I am very excited to try my new disc, but this is just a note that even though the website says 2-3 days for delivery, it took 14 days for mine to arrive from ordering & there was no response from Baobabe when I reached out to them about it.

Love this product

I used my new disc for my last period and was honestly so pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use - I don't think I've perfected it (I need to practice the placement) but it didn't stress me out nearly as much as the menstrual cup especially because I have an IUD so the disc was way more comfortable and there's no suction! It's comfortable, easy to insert once you get the hang of it and overall I can tell it's gonna be so much better than pads/tampons - both for me, my wallet and the planet!

Wonderful product. Easy to use and clean. I love the colour, the sterilizer and the silicone disk holder/case.

Large capacity and very comfortable

At first, I struggled to figure out how to insert the disc. However, after some trial and error, once I got it in position, it was incredibly comfortable. The large capacity eliminates the need to empty it multiple times a day, as one would need to replace a tampon or pad. I felt more confident and comfortable while using the disc, which is much better than constantly feeling nervous that your tampon or pad will leak.
